THIS TRAINING IS ONLY FOR ADMINISTRATORS AND LEADERSHIP TEAM MEMBERS.   Participants will engage in a 2-day training to become certified in MindSet. The MindSet Training Program focuses on both the prevention and the management of aggressive situations. It also provides professionals with certification in proven physical containment techniques. Equal emphasis is placed on developing customized strategies for preventing aggressive behavior, and becoming proficient in our physical containment techniques. The training program also covers the establishment of proper documentation, oversight, and ongoing guidelines essential to protecting the rights and well-being of everyone involved. Thsi two-day training will be held at the ISC on Wednesday, Jan. 11 and  Tuesday, Jan. 17 from 8:00-4:00.
