Hall County Schools Professional Learning

Participants will engage in a 2 day training to become certified in MindSet.  The MindSet Training Program focuses on both teh prevention and the management of aggressive situations.  It also provides professionals with certification in proven physcial containment techniques.   Equal emphasis is placed on developing customized strategies for proeventing agggresive behavior, and becoming proficient in the physcial containment techniques.  The training program also covers the establishment of proper documentation, oversight, and ongoing guidelines essential to protecting the rights and well-being of everyone involved.
