Math PLCs will be focused on improving areas based on GSAPS feedback, including planning quality instruction, delivering quality instruction, monitoring student progress, refining the instructional system, differentiated instruction, and ensuring a student learning community. Math groups will also collaborate on lessons based on standards, common pacing, student-centered learning, data analysis, and implementing the 5 components set by Hall Co BOE (learning targets, warm up, lesson, practice session, and formative assessment). We will use various sets of data to infer strategies needed to increase student achievement.
