On the second Wednesday of each month, our faculty will come together as a K through 8 community of teachers and paras. Our Professional Learning Leadership Team will present effective instructional strategies from the four cornerstones. There will be a focus on the essential components of an effective lesson plan and the use of technology to enhance teaching and learning. On the third Wednesday of each month, teachers and paras will come together as Professional Learning Communities for reflection, analysis of data and student work samples, and discussion regarding peer observations. We will collect evidence of implementation and upload to our canvas course.
