Full course description

We will begin with building positive relationships by discovering our own love languages and helping students discover theirs.  Then, we will spend some time looking at student data and discussing our strengths and weaknesses.  We will use this grade level data to create tools for  student goal-setting and tracking in writing, math and reading.  We will continue our discussion of how to write both simple and expanded learning targets.  Discussion will focus on creating lesson closings that give informal data on student understanding.  Teachers will meet in grade level groups to monitor goals.  Finally, we will share ways of determining and increasing student engagement.
