Full course description
Because we have two new paras this year in the classroom, Ms. Bennett will be conducting fidelity checklists in which she will be observing IOA data during learning stations with the children in order to compare what she would do to what the paras did. Also, our children will be given "growth opportunities" while being in CAMP with general ed. students. The kids may work for preferred items to keep them motivated. We all are responsible for reading and implementing the suggested interventions in each student's behavioral plan, and we will focus on antecedent behavior, replacement behavior, and reactive strategies.
