Full course description

In this course, participants will explore a range of approaches and strategies for teaching writing and participate in collaborative conversation around student writing samples. The emphasis for the group will be on identifying research-based strategies to improve student achievement in writing. In our community we will spend time discussing readings, reviewing each other's student writing, researching potential strategies to improve student writing, and collaborating on a wide range of tasks. School level PLC team will focus on data and researched based practices to support SIP goals.
