Through growing knowledge of literacy practices, the first grades students will grow in the areas of reading accuracy, reading comprehension, phonics, and grammar. Student data will be analyzed during the PLC to help determine next steps of instruction. Differentiation will be discussed and implemented to meet the needs of all students in the area of literacy.
