A Mt. Vernon School Improvement Plan goal is that 100% of MVES students in kindergarten through 5th grade will monitor their personal growth on a specific skill/assessment in literacy and math using a visual graph. 100% of first grade students will monitor their personal growth and graph in both math fact fluency and reading level. During PLC meetings, the first grade PLC will look at data trends to guide instruction.
