Friendship Elementary PLC artifacts, agendas, sign-in sheets for the 2020-2021 school year. Teachers meet twice per month in order to look at students data and discuss instructional strategies. PLCs present teachers and principals with an opportunity to improve their level of competence by sharing inclusive practices. PLCs are needs-driven and stimulate collaborative learning, the characteristics of effective Continuing Professional Teacher Development. PLC’s are grade level and department level specific.
