4th grade teachers will investigate ways to use assessment data in reading and ELA in order to differentiate their instruction.  Teachers will use a book study on differentiation to explore differentiation tools to implement in their instruction.  Teachers will use these strategies and tools to improve their students' reading/ELA performance.
