1st grade teachers will research and implement research based instructional strategies to target students' needs in reading, writing, and math. Teachers will explore strategies to increase students' math fact fluency and reading/writing proficiency.  Teachers will also research ways to differentiate their instruction based on assessment data in all content areas.
