This course focuses on a book study, "Better Than Carrots and Sticks...", as a reference point to determine how CWES will approach restorative discipline practices. Reading assignments will be presented on a weekly basis. After reading each section, teachers are expected to comment via discussion post on the reading that most made them reflect. Then, monthly, teams will gather to discuss their ahas.
