We will research and implement small-group strategy lessons within heterogeneous groups of learners.  We will use what we study with Michelle Palmer during monthly professional learning sessions.  We will bring evidence of our implementation to PLC's and discuss as a grade level.  We will monitor effectiveness of these strategies through Reading Records (twice a year) and running records and conferences.
