This PLC will focus on literacy instruction specifically in the area of reading conferences.  We plan to use the book "A Teacher's Guide to Reading Conferences" by Jennifer Serravallo to study and implement several reading conference strategies.  These strategies will be put into place help us reach our goal of 85% of students increasing a minimum of two reading levels by the end of the year.
